课程思政教学改革背景下高职英语教师教学能力发展研究 被引量:12

Research on the development of higher vocational English teachers’teaching ability under the background of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform

摘要 为了解高职英语教师的课程思政教学能力现状及存在问题,对广东省高职院校114位英语教师进行了问卷调查。结果表明,高职院校英语教师的课程思政教学能力整体水平良好,但教学实施能力和教学评价能力仍有待提高;不同年龄、不同工作年限的教师能力存在不同程度的差异,而教师对课程思政教学内涵的认知理解也影响了教师其他四个维度的教学能力。因此,提升教师的育德意识和育人能力,是提高教师课程思政教学能力的关键,具体可从政策支持、团队建设、教师培训等方面入手,为教师的能力发展提供助推力。 To explore the current situation and existing problems of curriculum ideological and political teaching ability of English teachers from higher vocational colleges,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 114 English teachers fromhigher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province.The results showed that,on the whole,English teachers have a good command of curriculum ideological and political teaching.However,their abilities of teaching implementation and teaching evaluationstill need to be improved.Besides,teachers’teaching abilities differ with ages and working experience,and the way that teachers understand the connotation of curriculum ideological and political teaching also affects their abilities in other four dimensions.Therefore,improving teachers’ideological and political attainment and educational professionalism is the key to improve teachers’ideological and political teaching ability.And the corresponding strategies to develop teachers’ability are proposed from the following aspects,such as policy support,team building and teacher training.
