摘要
针对当前令人堪忧的教育方式和德育现状,重新研究隐性教育的特点和功能具有重要的参考价值和意义。其特点和功能为教育目的的潜隐性及其浸润功能,教育方式的“非规范”性及其弥散功能,教育内容的渗透性及其整合功能,教育主体的自主性及其自我教育功能等。
Aiming at current educational way and situation of moral education that are bewildering, it has important reference value and meaning to study the function and characteristic of implicit education again. Its characteristics and functions are the implying of educational purpose and its soaking function, the unstandare of educational way and its scattered function, the permeability of educational content and its integration function, the independence of educational main body and its function of educating own etc.
