摘要
通过对“食品添加剂”传统教学模式的研究,发现传统的教学模式下,存在教学内容繁杂、教学手段单一、教学考核方式简单等问题。提出了改革教学内容,增加翻转课堂的教学方法,多媒体教学手段活跃教学氛围,注重学生的学习过程等方法。以期提高学生的积极主动性和参与感,改进课堂教学。
Through the research on the traditional teaching mode of Food Additives,it was found that under the traditional teaching mode,there were complicated teaching contents,single teaching methods,and simple teaching assessment methods.In this regard,the author proposed to reform the teaching content,increase the teaching method of flipped classroom,the multimedia teaching method to activate the teaching atmosphere,pay attention to the learning process of students and so on.In order to improve students'initiative and sense of participation,and improve the teaching classroom.
