摘要
天然食品添加剂课程是为开拓林业专业学生的专业面而开设的专业选修课,结合林业院校的专业以及课程实践应用性强等特点,对教学内容进行了改革,特别是将林产品和再加工产品引入食品添加剂相关知识;另外,结合教学手段、考核方式等方面的改革,在2年的教学实践中取得良好效果。
Natural food additive course is a professional elective course to explore knowledge for student of forestry specialty.The investigation about teaching content reform is discussed according to professional characteristics and forestry college characteristic.The knowledge about forest products is introduced in food additive course;In addition,the reforms are studied in teaching methods and assessment methods.Positive teaching effects are received from the teaching reform in two years.
