摘要
O-AMAS有效教学模型是近年来受到广泛关注的教学方法。该文针对食品添加剂课程教学过程中存在的知识点多、课堂教学深度不够等问题,在该课程中引入O-AMAS教学方法,并以食品着色剂章节为例,详细介绍课程实施的具体过程,包括教学目标设计(O)、课堂激活(A)、多元学习(M)、有效测评(A)和简要总结(S),旨在拓展课堂教学的深度,培养应用型创新人才。
The effective teaching model of O-AMAS has received more and more attention in recent years.In view of the problems such as too many knowledge points and insufficient classroom teaching depth in the food additive,this course introduced O-AMAS teaching method,and took the food colorants as an example to explain the course implementation process in detail,including objective,activation,multi-learning,assessment and summary.The aim of this study is to improve the depth of the course teaching and cultivate application-oriented innovative talents.
