摘要 食品安全关乎国计民生,"十三五"规划将食品安全问题提到国家战略高度,提出实施食品安全战略。大理大学食品质量与安全专业以"医工融合"为办学特色,突出多学科交叉融合以及实践教学优势。在"新工科"建设背景下,该专业在人才培养过程中探索持续改进路径,旨在培养"懂食品、精检验、强防控、重营养"的食品安全领域高素质创新人才。 Food safety is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The 13 th five-year plan in China raises the issue of food safety to the national strategic level and puts forward the implementation of the food safety strategy.The major of food quality and safety in Dali University is characterized by the integration of medicine and engineering,and highlights the advantages of multidisciplinary integration and practical teaching.Under the background of“new engineering”construction,this major explores the path of continuous improvement in the talent cultivation process.The aim is to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who understand food inspection,prevention and nutritional management.
