摘要
针对以往装配式建筑调度研究中,主要基于一个活动只有一种固定资源投入和固定工期的执行模式,而实际调度过程中多种资源投入和不同工期的多种执行模式普遍存在的问题,以及装配式建筑一体化建造建模方法的不足,建立以装配空间工期最短,以及在装配空间工期最短限定下的生产空间工期最短的多模式资源约束模型,在该多维空间调度模型的基础上,设计了一种搜索能力强、能有效求解该问题的布谷鸟算法(cuckoo search,CS)。最后通过装配式建筑项目实际案例分析和遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)的性能对比,证明本文构建的调度模型和算法设计能有效地解决多模式下装配式建筑工程资源受限调度问题,丰富了装配式建筑项目调度这一领域的理论方法。
For the previous prefabricated building scheduling research,the multi-mode resource constraint model with the shortest assembly space duration and the shortest production space duration under the shortest assembly space duration was established.Based on the multi-dimensional spatial scheduling model,a cuckoo search(CS)with strong search ability and effective solution was designed.Finally,through the actual case analysis of prefabricated building project and compared with the performance comparison of genetic algorithm(GA),it was proved that the scheduling model and algorithm constructed in this paper can effectively solve multi-mode resource constrained project scheduling problem.It enriches the theoretical methods in the field of prefabricated building project scheduling.
