结合现阶段国家政策导向和建筑企业发展状况,探讨建筑企业在资源约束环境下的发展问题,从转变发展方式,推进转型升级,大力开发绿色节能建筑,进行技术创新,加强建筑企业信息化建设等方面,就建筑业企业的发展策略进行分析研究。
Combined with the national policy-oriented and development status of construction enterprises, discusses the development issues of construction enterprises under resource constrains, analyzes and researches on the devel- opment countermeasures for construction enterprises from the aspects of changes in development, promoting trans- formation and upgrading, great efforts to develop green energy-saving buildings, and technological innovation, strengthening the information construction.
