预制装配式剪力墙结构节点抗震性能试验研究 被引量:110

Seismic test and analysis of joints of new precast concrete shear wall structures

摘要 为促进建筑工业化和住宅产业化,进行预制装配式剪力墙结构中间层边节点的抗震性能试验研究。对2个现浇试件和3个预制装配试件进行低周反复荷载试验,试验结果表明预制装配试件具有与现浇试件相当的抗震性能。结合ANSYS进行理论分析,考虑到有限元方法的局限性,分析采用正向单调加载模式来近似评价节点在低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能。有限元分析结果与实测结果能较好地吻合,可用来评价其抗震性能。最后,基于有限元模型探讨节点连接钢筋构造。通过系列工作,为今后预制装配式剪力墙结构的深入研究及推广提供试验及理论基础。 To promote building and housing industrialization, seismic behavior test was carried out for new precast concrete shear wall structures (NPC). Low-cyclic reversed load test was carried out on two cast-in-situ and three NPC specimens. The test results show that NPC specimens have similar seismic behavior with cast-in-situ specimens. Theoretical analysis was done using ANSYS. Considering the limitation of finite element method, monotonic load mode was adopted to approximately evaluate the seismic behavior of joints under low-cyclic reversed load. The finite element analysis result agrees well with the test and can be used for evaluating the seismic behavior. Optimization of details of joints reinforcement was discussed using the results of the finite element analysis.
