摘要
以住宅产业急需实现标准化、工业化、集约化生产,积极推广装配式住宅是一条可行的发展之路为出发点,从发展我国装配式住宅的背景,装配式住宅的关键技术以及实践等方面初步探讨了我国装配式住宅的发展现状。以上海某装配式别墅项目为例,从结构体系、建筑性能以及工程造价等方面介绍装配式钢结构住宅体系在我国独立式别墅项目中的应用实践。
The necessity for the building industry to achieve standardization, industrialization, and intensive production indicates that active promotion of constructional buildings is a feasible way of development. Based on this standpoint, this paper discusses the status quo of the development of constructional buildings in China from its background, key technology and practice. Taking one constructional villa in Shanghai as exam- ple, this paper introduces the practice and application of constructional building system in detached villas in China from structural system, architecture performance and project costs.
