摘要
【目的】探明不同砧穗组合辣椒的生长势、光合特性、果实品质、产量以及生理生化特性的变化,为适宜砧穗组合选择及拱棚嫁接辣椒优质高产栽培提供科学依据。【方法】以神根和神威4F1为砧木,超越、卓越、金惠TN-1、金惠13-E、泰达和犇腾2号6个牛角椒品种为接穗,共计12个砧穗组合,研究不同砧穗组合辣椒的成活率、生长势、光合特性、荧光参数和叶片生理生化特性的变化。【结果】成活率,12个砧穗组合嫁接为94%~100%;株高,神根/金惠TN-1和神威4F1/金惠13-E组合嫁接最高,分别为95.6 cm和92.2 cm;茎粗,神根/犇腾2号和神威4F1/金惠13-E组合嫁接最粗,分别为14.12 mm和13.98 mm;开展度,神根/卓越和神威4F1/犇腾2号组合嫁接嫁接最大,分别为72.8 cm和74.0 cm;病毒病发病率,神根/超越、神根/金惠TN-1和神威4F1/超越、神威4F1/卓越组合嫁接最高,分别为2.0%、2.0%和0.67%、0.67%;净光合速率,神根/金惠13-E、神根/犇腾2号和神威4F1/金惠13-E、神威4F1/金惠TN-1最大,分别为18.01μmmol/(m^(2)·s)、19.07μmmol/(m^(2)·s)和22.11μmmol/(m^(2)·s)、21.63μmmol/(m^(2)·s);荧光参数,神根/卓越组合嫁接叶片的初始荧光(F_(o))和最大荧光(F_(m))最大,分别为569.11和2735.78;神根/泰达和神根/超越组合嫁接的F_(o)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)最大,分别为0.26和4.04;神威4F1/金惠TN-1组合嫁接的F_(m)和F_(v)最大,分别为2401.75、1865.50,神威4F1/犇腾2号组合嫁接的F_(v)/F_(o)最小,为2.91;过氧化物酶含量,神根/泰达和神威4F1/犇腾2号组合嫁接最高,分别为1999.15μg/(g·min)和1807.33μg/(g·min);过氧化氢酶含量,神根/泰达和神威4F1/超越组合嫁接最高,分别为0.084μg/(g·min)和0.097μg/(g·min);可溶性糖含量,神根/犇腾2号和神威4F1/犇腾2号组合嫁接最高,分别为1.65%和1.70%;可溶性蛋白含量,神根/金惠TN-1和神威4F1/金惠TN-1组合嫁接最高,分别为0.35%和0.31%;丙二醛含量,神根/金惠13-E和神威4F1/超越组合嫁接最高,分别为7.11 mmol/g和为7.54 mmol/g。【结论】神根/卓越、神威4F1/卓越2个砧穗组合嫁接效果较好,可在生产中推广应用。
【Objective】The variation in growth vigor,photosynthetic characteristics,fruit quality,yield and physiological-biochemical characteristics of peppers from different rootstock and scion combinations are discussed to provide the scientific basis for selection of suitable rootstock and scion combinations and high quality and high yield cultivation of grafting pepper.【Method】The survival rate,growth vigor,photosynthetic characteristics,fluorescence parameter and leaf physiological-biochemical characteristics of 12 rootstock and scion combinations(Shengen and shenwei 4F1 varieties as rootstocks,and Chaoyue,Zhuoyue,Jinhui TN-1,Jinhui 13-E,Taida and Benteng 2 varieties as scions)are studied.【Result】The grafting survival rate of 12 combinations reaches 94%~100%.The height of Shengen/Jinhui TN-1 and Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui13-E combinations is up to 95.6 cm and 92.2 cm.The stem diameter of Shengen/Benteng 2 and Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui 13-E combinations reaches 14.12 mm and 13.98 mm.The expansion degree of Shengen/Zhuoyue and Shenwei 4F1/Benteng 2 combinations is 72.8 cm and 74.0 cm.The virus disease rate of Shengen/Chaoyue,Shengen/Jinhui TN-1,Shenwei 4F1/Chaoyue and Shenwei 4F1/Zhuoyue combinations reaches 2.0%,2.0%,0.67%and 0.67%separately.The net photosynthetic rate of Shengen/Jinhui1-E,Shengen/Benteng 2,Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui 13-E and Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui TN-1 combinations is 18.01μmmol/(m^(2)s),19.07μmmol/(m^(2)s),22.11μmmol/(m^(2)s)and 21.63μmmol/(m^(2)s)respectively.The F_(o) and F_(m) of Shengen/Zhuoyue combination is 569.11 and 2735.78.The F_(o)/F_(m) and F_(v)/F_(o) of Shengen/Taida and Shengen/Chaoyue combinations is 0.26 and 4.04 respectively.The F_(m) and F_(v) of Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui TN-1 combination is 2401.75and 1865.50.The F_(v)/F_(o) of Shenwei 4F1/Benteng 2 combination is 2.91 only.The peroxidase content of Shengen/Taida and Shenwei 4F1/Benteng 2 combinations reaches 1999.15μg/(g min)and 1807.33μg/(g min).The catalase content of Shengen/Taida and Shenwei 4F1/Chaoyue combinations is 0.084μg/(g min)and 0.097μg/(g min).The soluble sugar content of Shengen/Benteng 2 and Shenwei 4F1/Benteng 2 is up to 1.65%and 1.70%.The soluble protein content of Shengen/Jinhui TN-1 and Shenwei 4F1/Jinhui TN-1 reaches 0.35%and 0.31%.The MDA contentof Shengen/Jinhui 13-E and Shenwei4F1/Chaoyue combinations is up to 7.11 mmol/g and 7.54 mmol/g.【Conclusion】The Shengen/Zhuoyue and Shenwei 4F1/Zhuoyue combinations with a better grafting effect can be demonstrated and popularized in pepper cultivation in a greenhouse.
