摘要
本试验以番茄为砧木,茄子为接穗,对嫁接后茄子的植物学特性、品质、抗病性进行了初步的研究。试验结果表明:在生物学特性方面嫁接苗与自根苗相比,嫁接苗长势明显增强,在株高、株幅、果长、果径及单果重等方面均有一定的增加,只是在果实颜色上比对照略微变浅,但并不改变主体颜色;嫁接后植株的果实品质在干物质、蛋白质、Vc、碳水化合物含量方面比自根苗的果实略有增加,但差异不大;在抗病性方面嫁接苗比自根苗表现出明显的抗黄萎病特性。
The experiment used tomato as stock, eggplant as ingraftment,to study the plant characters, quality and disease resistance of grafted eggplant .The experiment result showed: grafted seedlings growth was obviously superior to spontaneous seedlings, mainly increased in plant height ,fruit length, fruit diameter and so on. fruit color was lighter than contral,but didn't change the main color of the fruit Dry matter weight,protein, Vc, carbohydrate were all increased than spontaneous seedling, but difference wasn't significant.Grafted seedling had trait of the fruit obvious resistance to verticillium wilt of eggplant.
