摘要
为明确出芽短梗霉菌PA-2侵染对藜叶片生理生化代谢的影响,通过试剂盒法测定了对照组(CK)、盆栽试验组及田间试验组藜叶片保护酶、丙二醛、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,电镜下观察了藜叶片细胞超显微结构的变化。结果表明:相对于CK,盆栽组和田间组藜叶片内叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量以及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性在PA-2侵染下呈现总体下调趋势;在接种第3天,观察到藜细胞内叶绿体形状畸形,胞内结构不完整、外膜逐渐解体。本研究为解析出芽短梗霉菌PA-2对藜侵染的分子机理提供参考。
The aim of this study is to clarify the effects of the infection of Aureobasidium pullulans PA-2 on the physiological and biochemical metabolism of Chenopodium album leaves.The content of protective enzymes,malondialdehyde,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar in the control group(CK),pot experiment group and field experiment group are determined by kit methods.The ultrastructural variations of C.album leaves cells are observed under electron microscope.The results show that compared with the control group(CK),the content of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)activity in C.album leaves in the pot and field groups show a decreasing trend under the infection of PA-2;abnormal shapes of chloroplast,incomplete intracellular structure and gradual disintegration of the outer membrane in the cells of C.album are observed on the third day after inoculation.This study provides a reference for analyzing the molecular mechanism of A.pullulans PA-2 infection on C.album.
