摘要
检验科是医院的重要组成部分,亦是不可或缺的辅助科室。医院的检验科生化项目检测结果在临床诊断与治疗过程中尤为重要,检验科的各种管理方式行为均在于保障检验结果的精准度,是评估患者病情、治疗与恢复的重要参考指标。随着我国医疗事业的不断进步,检验科的生化项目检测均普遍应用全自动分析仪进行检测,促使检测的工作效率与质量得到极大程度的提高。然而现阶段多数医院内检验科室的室内质量控制管理尚存较多问题,给医院整体质量造成一定影响,对此需加紧采取措施予以解决。该文就医院检验科生化项目检验中室内质量控制现存的问题、改善措施等作一综述。
The clinical laboratory is an important part of the hospital,and it is also an indispensable auxiliary department.The test results of the laboratory biochemical items in the hospital are particularly important in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment.The various management methods and behaviors of the laboratory are to ensure the accuracy of the test results,and are an important reference index for evaluating the patient's condition,treatment and recovery.With the continuous progress of our country's medical industry,the testing of biochemical items in the clinical laboratory is generally used for testing with fully automatic analyzers,which promotes the efficiency and quality of testing to be greatly improved.However,at this stage,there are still many problems in the indoor quality control management of the internal inspection departments of most hospitals,which have a certain impact on the overall quality of the hospital,and it is necessary to step up measures to solve them.This article summarizes the existing problems and improvement measures of indoor quality control in the inspection of biochemical items in the hospital laboratory.
