摘要
目的分析检验科日常工作管理中采用强化质量控制与管理的效果。方法选取滕州市东郭中心卫生院工作人员12名作为研究对象,于2023年7—12月采用常规管理(对照组),于2024年1—6月采用强化质量控制与管理(观察组),对比两组工作人员的管理效果评分、管理满意度。结果观察组管理效果总分(47.18±1.24)分高于对照组的(42.58±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.564,P<0.05)。观察组对管理满意度高于对照组。结论检验科日常工作管理中强化质量控制与管理效果好,可以提高工作人员管理效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening quality control and management in the daily work management of laboratory.Methods Twelve staff members of Dongguo Central Health Center in Tengzhou City were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was adopted from July to December 2023(control group),and intensive quality control and management was adopted from January to June 2024(observation group).The management effect scores and management satisfaction of the two groups of staff were compared.Results The total management effect score of the observation group was 47.18±1.24,higher than 42.58±1.26 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.564,P<0.05).The management satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion The effect of strengthening quality control and management in the daily work management of laboratory is good,and it can improve the management effect of staff.
