摘要
采用气相色谱内标法,以HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(30μm×530μm×1.00μm)为色谱柱,FID检测器,等温法(185℃),溶剂直接进样,建立了固精麦斯哈片中丁香酚含量的测定方法。结果表明:丁香酚在0.723 5~2.804 0 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.999 7 (n=5),平均回收率99.36%, RSD为0.69%(n=6),重复性实验RSD为0.51%(n=6)。所建立的方法空白溶剂无干扰、稳定性好、准确度高、适用性强、结果可靠且易于操作,适用于测定固精麦斯哈片中丁香酚含量的测定。
A method for determination of eugenol content in Gujing Maisiha tablet was established using using Gas chromatography equipped with HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30 μm ×530 μm ×1.00 μm) and FID detector. Isothermal method(185 ℃), direct solvent injection, internal standard method were also selected in this analytical process. The results showed as followings: Eugenol had a good linear relationship in the range of0.723 5~2.804 0 mg/mL, R2=0.999 7(n=5);the average recovery rate was 99.36%;RSD was 0.69%(n=6);RSD was 0.51%(n=6). This established method has advantages including no interference, good stability, high accuracy,strong durability, reliable results and easy operation. It is suitable for the determination of eugenol content in Gujing Maisiha tablets.
