气相色谱-质谱法测定食品接触材料中丁香酚的残留量和迁移量

Detection of Eugenol Residue and Migration in Food Contact Materials by GC-MS

摘要 文章建立气相色谱-质谱法测定食品接触材料中丁香酚的残留量及其迁移量的方法。结果表明,丁香酚残留量和迁移量分别在1~50μg/L和0.1~2 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r大于0.999。丁香酚在食品接触材料中残留量和迁移量的定量限分别为0.05 mg/kg、0.01mg/kg。选取3种食品接触材料及6种食品模拟物为基质,在高、中、低3水平下加标回收率为63.2%~95.8%,相对标准偏差为1.01%~7.70%。利用该方法对市售50批次样品进行检测,结果表明目前丁香酚在食品接触材料中存在残留的可能性较小。该方法前处理简单、重复性好,可为今后对食品接触材料中丁香酚的安全性评价提供科学依据和技术支持。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of eugenol residue and migration in food contact materials(FCMs).The results showed good linearity for eugenol residue and migration within the concentration ranges of 1-50μg/L and 0.1-2 mg/L,respectively,with correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.999.The limits of quantification(LOQs)for eugenol residue and migration were 0.05 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg,respectively.Three types of food contact materials and six food simulants were selected as matrices.At high,medium,and low spiking levels,the recoveries ranged from 63.2%to 95.8%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 1.01%to 7.70%.The method was applied to 50 batches of commercially available samples.The results indicated that the likelihood of eugenol residue being present in food contact materials is currently low.This method features simple sample preparation and good reproducibility,and can provide a scientific basis and technical support for the safety evaluation of eugenol in food contact materials.
