摘要
如今,中小企业在国内经济体系中的作用及地位逐渐上升,不仅为市场提供了诸多的就业机会,而且为国民经济增长起到了支撑作用。与成熟的大型企业相比较,中小企业虽然具备迅速扩张的能力,但管理上的缺失容易导致畸形发展。本文简要分析了人力资源管理的作用,并讨论中小企业需应对的风险来源;重点探究开发人力资源的推进渠道,包括形成文化观念、多维考评及教育培训等,以供参考。
Nowadays,the role and status of SMEs in the domestic economic system is gradually rising,not only providing many job opportunities for the market,but also supporting the growth of the national economy.Compared with mature large-scale enterprises,although small and medium-sized enterprises have the ability to expand rapidly,the lack of management can easily lead to abnormal development.This article briefl y analyzes the role of human resource management,and discusses the sources of risk that SMEs need to deal with;it focuses on exploring the promotion channels of human resource development,including the formation of cultural concepts,multi-dimensional assessment,education and training,etc.,for reference.
