摘要
人力资源管理风险在中小企业内部时有发生,特别是美国次贷危机后人力资源管理风险在中小企业中发生的频率有所上升。本文结合中小企业人力资源管理风险的特点及成因提出了相应的化解对策。
Human resource management risk appears in minor and medium-sized enterprises occasionally.In particular,after the US subprime crisis,the rate of human resource management is increasing in minor and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the features and causes of human resource management risk of minor and medium-sized enterprises,the writer of this paper puts forward certain countermeasures.
