摘要
在创新创业教育理念背景下,依据应用型本科人才培养定位,对电工技术实训的课程目标、项目内容、课程创新、课程考核、教学效果等方面进行分析,对传统教学模式进行改革,提出了基于CDIO+创新班+学科竞赛的创新培养模式,并与课程思政相结合,培养社会和现代企业所需的具有工匠精神的技能型多元化人才。
In the context of the innovation and entrepreneurship education concept, according to the applied undergraduates cultivation orientation, the analysis on the course objectives, project content, course innovation, course assessment and teaching effect of electrical engineering training as well as the reform of traditional teaching modes are explained. On the above basis, the innovation training mode based on CDIO+ innovation class+ discipline competition is proposed, which is integrated with ideological and political courses to cultivate diversified talents with craftsman spirit needed by society and modern enterprises.
