摘要
自主研制了一种工业机器人关节复合力测量实验装置。该实验装置包括复合力传感器、数据采集器和计算机软件,能够直观地实时测量多个轴向的复合力载荷;可以服务于多个实验项目,帮助学生更深入直观地理解工业机器人的工作原理,激发学生的学习兴趣;能够用于机器人工程等专业学生的课程设计、毕业设计课题研究,作为机器人相关学科专业竞赛的辅助训练设备,锻炼学生的实践动手能力,提升实践类课程的教学质量和教学效果。
In this paper,an experimental device for measuring the compound force of industrial robot joints is independently developed.The experimental device includes compound force sensor,data collector and computer software,which can intuitively measure multiple axial compound force loads in real time.This experimental device can serve several experimental projects,help students understand the working principle of industrial robot more deeply and intuitively,and stimulate students'interest in learning.It can also be used for course design and graduation project research of students majoring in robot engineering,as well as to assist robot competition training,enhance students'practical ability and improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of practical courses.
