摘要
现代学徒制是提升技术技能人才质量的一个重要举措。在产业升级的背景下,根据口腔医学技术专业的现状,在构建校企交替的"四段式"学徒培养方案、打造"双导师"教学团队、建立现代学徒教学管理制度、学生管理制度与激励机制几个方面进行实践探索,并提出现阶段存在的主要问题与建议,旨在为产业升级背景下现代高职口腔医学技术专业的发展提供参考。
Modern apprenticeship is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training. Under the background of industrial upgrading, according to the development of dental technology, we are constructing a "four-stage" apprenticeship training program, creating a "dual tutor" teaching team, and establishing a modern apprenticeship management system, incentive mechanism to explore modern apprenticeship, and submit the main problems and suggestions, aiming to provide reference for the development of dental technology under the background of industrial upgrading.
