摘要
本文在探索与实践的基础上,对推行现代学徒制校企联合、一体化育人的几个关键点——人才培养运行机制、学徒身份、课程体系、培养方式和考评等几个方面进行了深入探究,并以医疗美容技术专业为典型案例,介绍了一些具体操作方法,供同仁参考。
