摘要
该文简要介绍了高校辅导员谈心谈话工作,分析了当前谈心谈话工作中存在的对学生思想动态掌握不足、没找到核心问题、未凸显学生个性、思政专业理论支持欠缺、步骤不合理、技巧不足、考核评估缺失等问题,并从提高辅导员思政专业素养、关注学生实际情况、针对"四困生"采取不同谈话方式、遵循基本原则、落实基础步骤、健全考核评估等方面,对增强高校辅导员与学生谈心谈话工作的针对性和时效性等策略展开探讨,以期能为高校辅导员工作的良好开展和学生的健康成长提供些许帮助。
This paper briefly introduces college counselors’work heart-to-heart talks,and analyzes the problems existing in the current work,such as lack of mastery of students’ideological dynamics,failure to find core problems,failure to highlight students’personality,lack of professional ideological and political theoretical support,unreasonable steps,insufficient skills,and lack of assessment and evaluation.It also explores strategies to enhance the pertinence and timeliness of the work in terms of improving the ideological and political professional quality of counselors,paying attention to the actual situation of students,adopting different methods for the students with difficulties from four aspects,following basic principles,implementing basic steps,and improving assessment and evaluation.The aim is to provide some help for the effective implementation of college counselors’work and the healthy growth of students.
