谈心谈话提升中医类学生思想政治教育效果系统性探究——以山西中医药大学中医专业学生为例

摘要 谈心谈话作为高校师生中一种常见的交流沟通的方式,在提高大学生思想政治教育质量、促进大学生健康成长等方面发挥着巨大作用。文章以中医专业学生为研究对象,结合培养方案和学生各年级的关注点设立不同的谈话主题、采取不同的组织方式,与学生进行面对面交流,通过梳理学生的毕业情况、获奖情况、全国大学英语四六级考试通过率、“双创”情况、考研率及就业率等数据,系统性探究谈心谈话在大学生思想政治教育中的实践和效果。 As a common way of communication between teachers and students,heart-to-heart talk plays a great role in improving the quality of ideological and political education and promoting the healthy growth of college students.This paper took students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine as the research object,combined the training program and the concerns of students in each grade,set up different conversation topics,and adopted different organizational ways to communicate with students face to face.By combing the data of students’graduation,awards,passing rate of CET-4 and CET-6,“Innovation&Entrepreneurship Competition”,postgraduate entrance examination rate and employment rate,the practice and effect of heart-talk in college students’ideological and political education were systematically explored.
