摘要
通过分析PC构件生产调度特点与问题,提出以PC构件生产方为研究视角,以JIT准时生产方式为指导,以BIM技术应用为支撑,建立订单组合模型和生产线排产模型。以武汉市某装配式项目PC构件生产为例,验证算法的科学性和适用性,期望为PC构件生产与施工的连续与均衡、提高生产线利用率提供参考。
This paper establishes an order combination model and a production line scheduling model from the perspective of the PC component manufacturer on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and problems of PC component production scheduling,which was guided by the JIT just-in-time production method,and supported by the application of BIM technology.Takes the PC component production of a prefabricated project in Wuhan as an example and verifies the scientificity and applicability of the algorithm,hopes to provide reference for the continuous and balanced PC component production and construction,and improving the utilization of the production line.
