摘要
针对传统梁场生产排程耗时长、计划冲突、排程不紧凑等问题,提出基于JIT理论的多资源多目标快速排程算法。在分析现场实际生产排程问题的基础上,建立相应的数学模型,并以准时制生产为核心,通过资源占用判断、冲突处理与自动调整三重循环实现桥梁预制梁场快速生产排程算法。以某梁场项目为例,在台座、人员资源限制下完成预制梁生产计划排程,为现场生产提供了快速、准确、合理的工序级生产计划。
To solve the problems of traditional beam factory with long schedule times,conflicting plans,and uncompromising schedules,a multi-resource and multi-objective fast scheduling algorithm are proposed based on JIT theory.Based on analyzing the actual production scheduling problems on-site,the mathematical model is established,and the rapid production scheduling algorithm of the bridge prefabricated beam factory is realized through resource occupancy judgment,conflict handling,and automatic adjustment.Taking a real project as an example,the prefabricated beam production schedule is completed under the constraints of the pedestal and personnel resources,which provides a fast,accurate,and reasonable pro cess-level production plan for on-site production.
