摘要
目前,以BIM为基础的智能建造已经成为我国工程建设创新的主要方向,同时装配式建筑在国家的指导下也在迅猛发展,通过BIM技术来建设装配式建筑成为未来建筑业发展的主要道路。通过对BIM、装配式建筑、信息技术和安全控制相关文献进行调研整理,综述BIM技术在装配式建筑的设计、生产、施工和运维阶段以及安全控制中的相关应用;总结并对比基于BIM的各类信息技术在装配式建筑的实现功能;最后,对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用提出未来需要研究的内容。
At present,BIM-based intelligent construction has become the main direction of China’s engineering construction innovation.At the same time,prefabricated buildings are also developing rapidly under the guidance of the state.Building prefabricated buildings through BIM technology will become the main road of future construction industry development.Through the investigation and collation of BIM,prefabricated buildings,information technology and safety control related literature,this paper summarizes the related applications of BIM technology in design,production,construction,operation and maintenance stages and safety control.And summarizes and compares the functions of various information technologies based on BIM in prefabricated buildings.Finally,puts forward the future research on the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
