摘要
目的通过PDCA循环在全自动摆药机管理中的应用,寻找提高工作效率,保障用药安全的最佳方案。方法回顾分析2018年1月—12月和2019年1月—12月应用PDCA循环前后的数据进行对比评价,查找原因,并制定相应的措施实施改进。结果采用PDCA循环后,全自动摆药机管理中的人员培训、有效期管理、减少损耗、优化盘点、故障应急、加药效率、优化轮岗均有明显改进。结论PDCA循环应用于全自动摆药机管理能有效提高工作效率,保障用药安全。
Objective To find the best way to improve the work efficiency and ensure the safety of drug use through the application of PDCA cycle in the management of automatic dispensing machine.Methods Retrospectively analyze the data before and after applying the PDCA cycle from January to December 2018 and January to December 2019 for comparative evaluation,find out the reasons,and formulate corresponding measures to implement improvements.Results After applying the PDCA cycle,the personnel training,effective period management,loss reduction,optimization of inventory,fault emergency,dosing efficiency,and optimization of rotation in the management of the automatic drug dispenser have been significantly improved.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle to the management of fully automatic drug dispensers can effectively improve work efficiency and ensure drug safety.
