摘要
目的对临床自动摆药机在进行发药使用过程中,利用品管圈(QCC)活动进行介入之后的效果情况进行观察,并与优化相关活动之前的发药差错率情况进行对比,评价有无效果方面的差异之处。方法在本院中心药房使用自动摆药机进行发药的过程中,收集采取QCC活动之前所面临的相关问题以及差错性不足,并采取QCC活动进行强化与优化,对开展干预前后的临床设备故障错误、人工错误方面的差异情况进行对比,设备故障包括了补药系统、出药系统、打印机差错,而人工错误包括了进药错误、操作错误两个方面。以三个月为一阶段,收集其发生率是否有明显不同,以评价有关方法和措施采取优化之后取得的效果,为相关工作的优化和实际开展提供支持和保障。结果在开展QCC活动之前阶段,其设备故障、人工错误方面的问题相对更多一些(P<0.05),而QCC活动开展之后则规避了这些错误和问题,得到了明显的降低,证明有关优化方法和措施具备较为明确的实际性作用。结论临床自动摆药机发药工作开展的过程中,采取QCC活动进行优化取得了更好的效果,带来的影响更加积极一些,有助于更好的优化整体工作效果,让相关工作的精准性、准确性得到明显提高,需要契合实际情况开展相关工作。
Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle(QCC)intervention in the process of drug dispensing of clinical automatic dispensing machine,and compare it with the error rate of dispensing before optimizing related activities,and evaluate whether there is any difference in effect.Method In the process of using automatic dispensing machine to dispense drugs in the central pharmacy of our hospital,we collected the related problems and the lack of error before taking QCC activities,and took QCC activities to strengthen and optimize.The differences of clinical equipment failure and manual error before and after the intervention were compared.The equipment failures included the drug supplement system,the drug delivery system and the printer error Error,and the manual error includes two aspects:the error of drug injection and the error of operation.Take three months as a stage to collect whether there are obvious differences in the incidence rate,so as to evaluate the effect of optimization of relevant methods and measures,and provide support and guarantee for the optimization and actual implementation of relevant work.Results in the stage before QCC activities,the problems of equipment failure and manual errors were relatively more(P<0.05),but after QCC activities,these errors and problems were avoided,and were significantly reduced,which proved that the relevant optimization methods and measures have a more clear practical role.Conclusion In the process of drug dispensing of clinical automatic dispensing machine,QCC activities have achieved better results,and the impact is more positive,which helps to better optimize the overall work effect and improve the accuracy and accuracy of related work.It is necessary to carry out relevant work in accordance with the actual situation.
