摘要 目的:探讨全自动片剂摆药机条件下有效控制摆药内部差错的方法。方法:运用PDCA循环原理,以药品机储品种数、使用手工摆药盘(DTA)的量、摆药内部差错件数为指标,对造成口服药摆药差错的原因进行分析,找出主要影响因素,制定相应的措施实施改进。结果:造成口服药摆药内部差错件数增多的主要因素为:摆药机药盒使用不足、人员培训不够、未严格执行操作规程。通过两个周期的持续改进,摆药内部差错减少36.4%。结论:PDCA法可以改善全自动片剂摆药机使用效率,有效降低摆药差错率。 Objective: To discuss methods of decreasing dispensing interior error rate by using the automatic dose dispen- sing device (ADDD). Methods: By applying the principles of PDCA cycle, drug varieties in the device,detachable tablet adapter (DTA) quantity and drug dispensing internal errors were used as parameters for the study. Main influential factors were found out by analyzing reasons affecting the quality of oral drug dispensing and related measures were adopted. Results:The main fac- tors leading to drug dispensing internal error were insufficient use of the device, lacking of personnel training and poor execution of operating procedures. After two PDCA circles, dispensing internal error rate was decreased by 36.4%. Conclusion: PDCA circle could improve the efficiency of the automatic dose dispensing device and effectively decrease drug dispensing error rate.
