摘要
介绍了Φ48 mm×7.5 mm规格高强度马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢管的生产工艺情况,重点论述该材料在制管过程中的热加工(热穿孔)、冷加工及热处理和酸洗工艺,分析固溶温度和时效温度对该管材力学性能的影响。分析认为:0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti管坯在热穿孔前采用1100~1130℃保温20 min加热工艺,实际穿孔效果较好;采用NaOH碱爆及HNO3+HF酸洗联合工艺,可较好地清除荒管内外表面氧化皮;采用950~980℃淬火保温30 min+590~600℃回火保温4 h的热处理工艺,可使0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti成品管获得良好的综合机械性能。
Described here in the article are the manufacturing processes for theФ48 mm×7.5 mm 0Crl5Ni5Cu2Ti hi-strength,martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel pipe,focusing on details concerning the main processes such as the hot-working(hot-piercing),cold-working,heat treatment and pickling,and the analysis of the effects on the mechanical properties of the pipe by the solution temperature and the aging temperature.It is concluded as follows via the analysis.A more satisfactory piercing quality can be ensured,provided that the 0Crl5Ni5Cu2Ti billet is heated at 1100-1130℃with a holding time of 20 min;employing the combined process of NaOH alkali bursting and HNO3+HF pickling can rather effectively cleaning up the scale on both the inner and outer surfaces of the shell;and using the heat treatment process of quenching at 950~980℃with a holding time of 30 min plus tempering at 590-600℃with a holding time of 4 h can bring about good comprehensive mechanical properties of the finished 0Crl5Ni5Cu2Ti pipe.
