摘要
电解-机械摩擦复合法除去不锈钢板氧化皮的实验表明,以不锈钢板作阳极,可移动无缝钢管作阴极,并缠绕无纺布作摩擦体;在以15%-25%NaNO3为电解液,控制温度为25℃,电解电压5-7V,电流密度0.1-0.SA/cm2,阴极移动速度0.1m/min,回转线速度16-25m/min,下压力为30kPa的条件下,可以较快地除去不锈钢板表层的氧化皮,获得光洁明亮的金属表面。
The test for removing the oxide from a stainless steel plate by the electrolytic-mechanical method shows that, by taking the stainless steel plate as the anode and a movable seamless steel tube wrapped with nonwoven cloth as the cathode and also as an abrasive body, the oxide on the surface of the plate can be removed easily and thoroughly.
