摘要
高温合金毛管分层缺陷有外分层和内分层两种。本文结合工业性试生产,对毛管分层缺陷的形成过程进行了观察和分析。在充分认识分层缺陷形成机理的基础上,提出了消除高温合金穿孔毛管分层缺陷的工艺原则。
The lamination defects on the shell of superalloy are derided into two kinds: internal and external. The lamination formation was observed and analysed based on industrial trial-production and the process principles for eliminating lamination was proposed with the understanding of the lamination mechanism.
