Oxidation Behaviors of 0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti Steel at High Temperature

摘要 采用增重法研究了0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢在500,600,700和800℃下的高温氧化行为。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)以及金相显微分析等技术,对氧化膜的形貌、化学形态和组成以及基体组织的特点进行了研究。试验结果表明,在700℃以下,0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢的氧化动力学符合抛物线规律,表面生成的氧化膜具有良好的保护性。800℃氧化时,随氧化膜厚度的增加内应力迅速增大,氧化膜容易破裂,甚至剥落;不锈钢基体中发生马氏体向奥氏体的逆转变,使贫铬层厚度增加,促进了失稳氧化发生,导致试样表面局部区域容易生成氧化物"瘤",而加剧氧化。 High temperature oxidation behaviors of 0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti steel are studied at 500, 600, 700 and 800 ℃. The microstructures of the scales formed and the underlying alloy are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM). The chemical and oxide phases of the scales are investigated using energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The oxidation curves at 700 ℃ or below follow the parabolic laws because of the formation of a protective Cr-rich layer. The oxidation behavior of the steel at 800 ℃ is subject to a breakaway oxidation with fast growing of oxide nodules on the surface. The phase transformation from lath martensite to austenitic phasc in the alloy below the scale may be one reason causing the formation of the nodules. The latter are very susceptible to spallation.
