摘要
目的分析联合应用MP快速培养、血清抗体检测在小儿支原体肺炎早期诊断中的价值。方法选取78例疑似支原体肺炎患儿为观察组,健康儿童50名为对照组。分析两组的MP快速培养、血清MP-IgM检测阳性率,以及观察组应用抗生素治疗前后的阳性率、药物敏感试验结果。结果观察组的MP快速培养、血清MP-IgM检测阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组的MP快速培养阳性率较治疗前下降,而血清MP-IgM检测阳性率升高(P<0.05)。MP对喹诺酮类抗生素敏感度较高,其次为阿奇霉素。结论联合应用MP快速培养、血清抗体检测可为小儿支原体肺炎的早期诊断及合理用药提供指导。
Objective To analyze the value of combined use of MP rapid culture and serum antibody detection in the early diagnosis of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.Methods 78 children with suspected mycoplasmal pneumonia were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children were selected as the control group.The positive rates of MP rapid culture and serum MP-Ig M detection of two groups were analyzed,and the positive rates before and after antibiotic treatment,and drug sensitivity test results in the observation group were analyzed.Results The positive rates of MP rapid culture and serum MP-Ig M detection of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the positive rate of MP rapid culture in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the positive rate of serum MP-Ig M detection was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).MP was highly sensitive to quinolone antibiotics,followed by azithromycin.Conclusions The combined use of MP rapid culture and serum antibody detection can provide guidance for the early diagnosis and rational drug use of mycoplasmal pneumonia in children.
