磁微粒化学发光法检测肺炎支原体IgM抗体的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析磁微粒化学发光法检测肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)IgM抗体的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2020年3月-2021年7月收治的100例儿科患儿的临床资料。所有患儿接受MP IgM抗体检测,抽取患儿静脉血液标本后,分别采用间接凝集法和磁微粒化学发光法进行检测。以MP分离培养实验室诊断结果作为金标准,比较两种检测方法的灵敏度、特异度、准确率。结果:两种方法检测MP IgM抗体的准确率、敏感度、特异度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:间接凝集法检测与磁微粒化学发光法在检测MP IgM抗体中的准确率基本相当,但后者具备良好的精密性等优势,可满足临床诊治疾病的需求。 Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of magnetic particle chemiluminescence method in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)IgM antibody.Method:The clinical data of 100 pediatric children admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All the children were detected for MP IgM antibody.After venous blood samples were taken,indirect agglutination method and magnetic particle chemiluminescence method were used for detection.The MP isolation and culture laboratory diagnosis results were taken as the gold standard.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two methods were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the detection of MP IgM antibody between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of indirect agglutination method and the magnetic particle chemiluminescence method in the detection of MP IgM antibody is basically the same,but the latter has the advantages of good precision and can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
