摘要
通过六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)的碱溶液对聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)进行表面化学交联改性,将改性后的PVAF添加到热塑性淀粉(TPS)中,通过挤出注塑工艺制备了PVAF/TPS复合材料,研究了不同改性程度(浸泡时间)的PVAF对TPS的拉伸强度、断面形貌、热稳定及流变加工性能的影响。结果表明,当改性时间为1.5 h时,SHMP能均匀附着在PVAF表面,使PVAF与TPS之间的相互作用显著提高,故拉伸强度从纯TPS的2.19 MPa达到最高9.395 MPa,热稳定和流变加工性能亦有一定的改善和提高,此时具有最佳的综合性能。
The surface chemical cross-linking modification of polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVAF)was carried out by an alkali solution of sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP),and then the modified PVAF was added to thermoplastic starch(TPS).In the process,PVAF/TPS composites were prepared by extrusion molding process.The effects of PVAF with different modification degree(soaking time)on tensile strength,cross-section morphology,thermal stability and processability of TPS were studied.The results show when the soaking time is 1.5 h,the tensile strength of starch plastics reaches the highest 9.395 MPa from 2.19 MPa of pure TPS.The thermal stability and rheological processing properties are also improved and the optimal comprehensive properties are obtained.
