摘要
能源危机以及环境污染使得生物可降解型塑料成为替代石油基塑料的重要研究方向。淀粉因其绿色无毒、价格低廉、生物可降解的特点,使淀粉塑料成为生物可降解塑料的研究重点之一。淀粉塑料在实际使用过程中,周围环境中的水分、氧气、紫外光以及材料自身的燃烧火焰都会对其使用性能产生决定性的影响,如何阻挡和消除这些影响,作者称之"阻隔性能"。本文从不同种类的无机物出发,系统综述了氧化物、金属盐等在淀粉塑料对水分、火焰、氧气和紫外光的抑制及阻隔方面的影响,归纳了国内外近期的研究成果,并对今后的发展趋势提出了展望。
Energy crisis and environment pollution make biodegradable plastics a significant research orientation to substitute for petroleum materials. Starch plastics become one of research emphasis of biodegradable plastics due to the non-toxic, low cost and biodegradable characteristics of starch. The properties of starch plastics will be easily influenced by the moisture, oxygen, ultraviolet light and flame of combustion in the environment. Studying how to reduce and eliminate these effects is assumed as "barrier properties". According to different inorganic substances, we mainly reviewed the effect of inorganic substances including oxide, metal salt etc on the barrier properties, which contain water resistance, flame retardancy, oxygen permeability and anti-ultraviolet properties of starch plastics. The latest research progress, problems are summarized in this paper; the trend in future is also proposed.
