摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了水滑石/膨胀阻燃剂/长玻纤增加聚丙烯(LDH/IFR/LGFPP)复合材料,利用氧指数(OI)、热失重分析(TGA)和力学对复合材料进行测试,考察LDH对IFR/LGFPP性能的影响。结果表明:LDH在适量的添加量下可以提高IFR/LGFPP的氧指数和力学性能;LDH的加入提高了膨胀炭层在高温时的稳定性和残炭量。当LDH添加量为1%时,IFR/LGFPP的氧指数达到24.1%,拉伸强度提高至108.5 MPa,弯曲强度提高至131.6 MPa,冲击强度提高至23.4 kJ/m2。
The LDH/IFR/LGFPP was prepared by melt blending. The effect of LDH on intumescent flame retardant LGFPP composite was investigated by oxygen index (O1) ,TGA and mechanical properties. The results showed that LDH could increase the OI and mechanical properties of LGFPP/IFR composite with appropriate adding amount. And LDH improved the stability of char layer at high temperature and the amount of char yield. The Ol reached 24.1% ,tensile strength was improved to 108.5 MPa,flexural strength to 131.6 MPa and impact strength to 23.4 kJ/m2 with 1% LDH.
