摘要
中国乡村教师研究历经近百年发展,研究成果从极度匮乏、逐渐丰富、质量提升、快速发展到“重心下移”,日渐成熟。回顾这一发展历程,旨在总结经验,发现问题,探索新时代乡村教师队伍建设路径,为新时代乡村教师队伍建设、乡村教育振兴提供学理支撑。通过文献计量统计与描述分析可知,中国乡村教师研究主题涉及乡村教师的生存境遇、身份认同、队伍建设、专业发展、培养培训以及相关政策研究、乡村社会发展、域外视角等。其中探讨了诸多实践问题,促进了乡村教师队伍建设,形成了相对完整的研究体系和跨学科研究范式,明确了一系列理论问题,即:乡村教师发展问题是乡村教育振兴的根本问题;乡村教师政策制定与实施在乡村教育发展中具有决定性作用;应把如何推进乡村教师队伍建设与教师专业发展作为乡村教师研究的核心问题。当前,乡村教师队伍建设中问题解决措施不完善、政策实效测评欠缺、思想体系建构较弱等亟待改进。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,应加强“十四五”规划期间乡村教师队伍建设的政策制定与推进研究、“互联网+乡村教师队伍建设”创新实践模式研究、技术赋能新时代乡村教师队伍建设路径研究以及乡村教师助力乡村振兴的理论与实践研究。
The research on rural teachers in China has gone through a century of development.It has grown more mature,from extreme scarcity,gradual enrichment,quality improvement,rapid development to a downward focus.Looking back on this development process,this paper aims to summarize the experience,discover the problems,explore the path of building the team of rural teachers in the new era,and provide academic support for the revitalization of rural education.Based on bibliometric statistics and descriptive analysis,the paper suggests that the research topics of rural teachers in China involve rural teachers living conditions,identity,team building,professional development,training and related policy research,rural social development,and foreign perspectives.Over the past 100 years,researches on China s rural teachers have achieved fruitful results,discussed and solved many practical problems,promoted the construction of the rural teacher team,formed a complete research system and interdisciplinary research paradigm,and clarified a series of theoretical issues.Some of the findings and ideas are as follows.Rural teacher development is the fundamental issue of the revitalization of rural education.The formulation and implementation of rural teacher policies play a decisive role in the development of rural education.The construction of the rural teacher team and the professional development of teachers should be the core themes of rural teacher research.The literature analysis also highlights the lack of problem solving measures in the construction of the current rural teacher team,the lack of policy effectiveness evaluation,and the weak construction of the ideological system that need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the policy formulation and promotion research of rural teacher team construction during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the research on the networked rural teacher education and training system,the research on the construction of information technology to empower rural teachers in the new era,and the participation of rural teachers in rural revitalization.Theory and practice research.
