摘要
研究和探讨教师群体的生存状况,制度安排与身份认同可视为一种有意义的分析路径。现实中我国教师在身份认同上出现了“重叠认同”的现象,这使教师群体在认同方式上出现多元的选择状况,也凸显了我国教师生存的真实状态,即要在利益选择过程中实现自身的社会责任。
It is a meaningful analysis route to research teachers group survival situation by means of system arrangement and identity. In fact, our teachers have appeared dual-acception in his own identity, which has made teacher group's pluralistic identity choice, and reflected our teacher's survival situation, that is to realize their social responsibility on the benefit choosing.
