摘要
在教师专业成长中,教师专业身份有其特定的内涵,它是教师专业成长中的核心问题。在课程改革的背景下,教师专业身份认同未得到应有的重视,必须通过多种途径,促使教师主动建构自己的专业身份认同。
During the professional development of teachers,the professional identity of teachers has specific meaning, which is the central problem in the professional development of teachers. The professional identity of teachers has not been taken into account under the background of curriculum reform. We must let teachers themselves initiatively establish their professional identity by creating several means for teachers .
