摘要
目的描述肿瘤科护士人文关怀品质及照护行为的现状,并分析人文关怀品质对照护行为的影响。方法2018年10月至2019年4月便利抽样法选取3所医院351名肿瘤科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、照护行为量表、人文关怀品质量表对其进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士照护行为总体水平良好,为(124.64±15.31)分;各维度得分从高到低依次为知识与技能、服务的可及性、尊重及服务的连续性;人文关怀品质水平为(128.53±15.87)分;回归分析结果显示,影响肿瘤科护士照护行为的因素为人文关怀理念、人文关怀感知、日常工作量和对实施关怀护理的态度(均P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科护士照护行为受到多种因素的影响,应持续性、针对性地加强对护士人文关怀、感知及理念等的培养,进而改善肿瘤科护士照护行为,提升护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the status quo of humanistic care behaviors and caring characters of oncology nurses,and to analyze the influence of caring characters on their caring behaviors.Methods A total of 351 oncology nurses from three hospitals outpatient clinics were recruited by convenient sampling method from October 2018 to April 2019.The questionnaires including general information question,Caring Behavior Inventory-24(CBI-24),Nursing Caring Characters Assessment Tool(NCCAT)were used to conduct the survey.Results The overall score of CBI in oncology nurses was relatively high(124.64±15.31),the scores in the high-to-low order were knowledge and skills,assurance of human presence,respect,and positive connectedness.The score of NCCAT was 128.53±15.87.Regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of oncology nurses’caring behaviors were attitude of caring,the perception of caring,daily workload and attitude of implementing caring nursing(all P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing care behaviors of oncology nurses are affected by a variety of factors,It should be continuously conducted to cultivate the nurses’humanistic care knowledge,perceptions and attitude of caring,then the nursing care behaviors of oncology nurses would be improved and nursing services quality be enhanced.
