摘要
目的:了解妇幼专科医院住院患者感知护士关怀行为现状,并分析感知护士关怀行为对护理满意度的影响。方法:2019年3月~5月采用护士关怀行为量表(CBI)和自制的住院患者护理满意度问卷对230名妇幼专科医院住院患者进行调查。结果:妇幼专科医院住院患者感知护士关怀行为总分为(122.93±19.62)分,34.3%住院患者感知护士关怀行为得分低。多因素分析显示,影响妇幼专科医院住院患者感知护士关怀行为的主要因素为科室、护患沟通顺畅度感受、护理技术认可度感受、护理服务到位感受。妇幼专科医院住院患者高感知护士关怀行为组的服务态度满意度、护理能力满意度、护理管理满意度、护理告知满意度和护理满意度得分均高于低感知组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),感知护士关怀行为总分与护理满意度总分呈正相关(r=0.252,P<0.001)。结论:妇幼专科医院住院患者感知护士关怀行为良好,低感知护士关怀行为是导致护理满意度较低的原因。
Objective:To explore the status quo of inpatients’perception of humanistic care behavior of nurses in maternal and child hospital,and analyze the influence of perceived behavior on nursing satisfaction.Methods:A total of 230 inpatients in maternal and child hospital were investigated with caring behavior inventory(CBI)and self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire in March 2019 to May 2019.Results:For all the participants,the average score for CBI of inpatients was 122.93±19.62 and 34.3%were assessed as with low CBI.Multivariate analysis showed that the main factor influencing the perception of CBI of inpatients was department,smooth communication between nurses and patients,nursing technology recognition and nursing service in place.The scores of service attitude satisfaction,nursing ability satisfaction,nursing management satisfaction,nursing informing satisfaction and total satisfaction of nurses with high perception of CBI were higher than those in low perception group(P<0.05),The total score of CBI was positively correlated with the total score of nursing satisfaction(r=0.252,P<0.001).Conclusions:The patients in maternal and child hospital have a good perception of CBI,and the low perception is the reason for low nursing satisfaction.
