基于教育实习的公费师范生从教信念培养 被引量:14

摘要 从教信念是教师职业发展的起点和专业成长的内驱力,但当前建立在"合约"基础上的部分公费师范生面临职业选择的"悖论",从教信念摇摆不定。究其原因,主要在于公费师范生报考的利益化考量、教师职业信仰的工具理性倾向、培养过程中教育理论与实践的剥离以及政策执行主体的行为方式缺乏科学性。而教育实习可以通过助力公费师范生教师职业价值认同、教师职业情感内化、教师职业行为外化等方面提升公费师范生的从教信念。具体策略为:构建"课程+实习"的专业成长体系,促进公费师范生对教师职业的认知;重视实习指导教师的思想引领,增强公费师范生对教师职业的认同;激发公费师范生"从教信念"意识,培育其对教师的职业情感;重视实习环境的创设,坚定公费师范生的从教意志。 Teaching belief is the starting point of teachers’ professional development and the driving force of their professional growth. Currently,however,some fee-free normal students who are based on "contracts"are faced with a"paradox"of career choices,and their teaching beliefs are wavering. The reasons for this are mainly the fee-free normal students’ consideration of interests in their application for universities,the tendency towards instrumental rationality in teachers’ professional beliefs,the separation of educational theory and practice in the process of cultivation and the lack of science in the behavioral ways of policy implementing subjects. Educational internship will be able to promote fee-free normal students’ teaching beliefs by consolidating their identity with teachers’ professional values,the internalization of teachers’ professional emotion and the externalization of teachers’ professional behavior.The concrete measures include: constructing the professional growth system of "curriculum + internship"to improve fee-free normal students’ cognition of teachers’ profession,emphasizing the ideological guidance of teachers in supervising teaching practice to strengthen fee-free normal students’ identity with teachers’ profession,stimulating fee-free normal students’ awareness of "teaching beliefs"to cultivate their professional feelings towards teachers,and focusing on the creation of practice environment to strengthen fee-free normal students’ will to teach.
