摘要
目的:对中文版职业同一性量表(Vocational Identity Measure,VIM)在大学生群体中进行信效度检验。方法:通过3次抽样,初测调查1025人对VIM进行项目分析、探索性因素分析形成正式调查问卷,同时完成中文职业使命量表和用文氏图评价就读专业与理想专业的一致度检验效标关联效度;正式调查629人进行验证性因素分析,同时完成职业同一性状态问卷检验区分效度,专业满意度量表检验效标关联效度。另抽取57人进行间隔2月重测信度检验。结果:中文版VIM的α系数分别为0.94(n=1025)和0.93(n=629),间隔两月重测组内相关系数为0.79。单因子模型主要拟合指标为χ2^/df=3.32,CFI=0.89,TLI=0.88,RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.05。VIM与职业同一性状态问卷4个维度的相关在-0.12到0.31之间;与中文职业使命量表3个维度和总分的相关在0.47到0.67之间;与专业满意度的相关为0.37,Ps<0.01;就读与理想专业一致度与VIM具有二次函数关系。结论:中文版VIM具有较好的信效度,是测量大学生职业同一性的适宜工具。
Objective:To introduce Chinese version of the Vocational Identity Measure(VIM),and examine its reliability and validity in Chinese College students.Methods:Based on the Chinese Version of VIM,the Chinese Calling Scale(CCS)and the Venn Diagrams the researchers investigated 1025 students for exploratory factor analysis(EFA)and the criterion validity test.Succeeding,629 students were asked to complete a battery of structured questionnaires,including the Chinese version of VIM for confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),Professional Identity Status Questionnaire(PISQ)to test convergent and divergent validity and Academic Major Satisfaction Scale(AMSS)to test criterion validity,and 57 students were retested two-months later.Results:The result of CFA showed that the unidimensional structure of the VIM was accectable:χ2^/df=3.32,CFI=0.89,TLI=0.88,RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.05.Theαcoefficients of the VIM were 0.94(n=1025)and 0.93(n=629).The test-retest reliabilities(2 months interval)was 0.79(ICC).For the score of VIM,the correlation coefficients were from-0.12 to 0.31 with scores of the subscales of the PISQ,from 0.47 to 0.67 with the scores of the subscales and total scale of the CCS,0.37 with the score of the AMSS.In addition,the consistency between with the current and ideal academic major had a U relationship with the score of the VIM.Conclusion:Chinese version of VIM is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing vocational identity for Chinese college students.
