摘要
目的探讨目标管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月—2019年6月该院外科接诊的72例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组36例。对照组采取传统的护理管理方法,实验组采取目标护理管理方法,比较两组护理管理后的护理质量评分、意外事件发生情况以及护理满意度。结果经护理,实验组的护理质量评分(94.5±3.6)分、意外事件发生率(0.0%)以及护理满意度(97.2%)均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科护理管理中实施目标管理,能够显著改善患者的生活质量,减少意外事件发生率,提高护理满意度,增加治疗效果,获得良好的预后。
Objective To explore the application effect of goal management in surgical nursing management.Methods A total of 72 patients who came to the hospital for surgery from December 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing management method,and the experimental group adopted the target nursing management method to compare the nursing quality score,accident occurrence situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing management.Results After nursing,the score of nursing quality(94.5±3.6)points,accident rate(0.0%)and nursing satisfaction(97.2%)of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of goal management in surgical nursing management can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of accidents,increase nursing satisfaction,increase treatment effects,and obtain a good prognosis.
