摘要
目的研究心外科护理管理的过程中"五常法"的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年5月在该院心外科接受治疗的患者96例,将其随机的分为对照组和实验组,每组48例。对照组患者进行医院常规的护理,实验组应用"五常法"护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组护理满意度为93.75%,明显高于对照组;对照组护理差错发生率为31.25%,明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论对心外科患者实施"五常法"进行护理管理,可明显提高患者对于护理的满意度,并有效减少护理差错事件的发生率,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To study the application effect of “five routines method” in the process of cardiac surgery nursing management. Methods 96 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were routinely treated in the hospital. The experimental group applied the “five-routines” nursing management to compare the effects of the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of nursing error in the control group was 31.25%, which was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of “five routines” for nursing management in patients with cardiac surgery can significantly improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing and effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
