摘要
目的探讨普外科护理管理中目标管理的应用效果。方法该医院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的患者345例作为研究对象,其中175例作为对照组(实施普外科常规护理管理),其中170例作为研究组(实施普外科目标管理),比较两种护理管理的效果。结果研究组在护理操作水平、护理文书书写、护患沟通、工作质量、病房管理等方面的护理质量跟对照组相比,较后者更高;研究组的不良事件发生率为1.18%(2/170),对照组为5.71%(10/175),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.88%(163/170),对照组为86.86%(152/175),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于普外科患者,采取目标管理,可提高护理满意度、护理服务质量,降低不良事件发生率,值得在临床应用及推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of target management in general nursing nursing management.Methods A total of 345 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled, of which 175 were used as the control group(the implementation of general surgery management), of which 170 were used as research group(implementing general surgery target management). Compare the effects of the two types of care management. Results The quality of nursing in the nursing operation level, writing of nursing documents, communication between nurses and patients,quality of work, management of wards, etc. was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 1.18%(2/170), the control group was 5.71%(10/175), the difference was significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.88%(163/170), and the control group was 86.86%(152/175), the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For general surgery patients, target management can improve nursing satisfaction, quality of care, and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
